Project: Recording audio interviews in conversation with interesting artists & and other people while photographing them.
The Result: A video created from the still images & the interview audio.
The “still images as film” idea isn’t new…it’s inspired by films such as “La Jetée (1962):
There is power in still images. Photography can create a ‘larger than life’ positive mythology, conveying visuals but giving the viewer more of an opportunity to fill in information.
What this project really needs is some interesting and talented people to take part and be interviewed. If you’re interested, reach out and let us know!
